About FC3

Our mission is to reach and influence the world by building a Christ-centered, Bible-based church that will change mindsets, equip, empower, and educate believers to lead and live a life that is fuel by faith through the Word of God.

Who We Are

Faith Covenant Christian Center is a place where “it’s okay not to be okay.”

We understand that everyone should be allowed to fall apart at some point, only for God to make them over. Here at Faith Covenant Christian Center, you can come with your hurts, pains, fears, doubts, habits, and shortcomings and find a family here.

We are a judge-free zone. No matter where you are on your spiritual journey, you are welcome here. We exist to help people know God, grow in God, discover their purpose, and make a difference. One thing we know for sure is that the Word of God changes lives.

We desire for healing and restoration to become the passion that identifies us as a church. We have seen countless lives completely transformed, and we believe God has so much more for you and your life! God created all of us to make a difference in the world around us.

God has a place for you where your unique abilities and passions can impact the lives of others. We believe your life will never make sense until you find, develop, and fulfill your purpose through Faith.

Our Vision

Our vision is to be a thriving, Christ-centered community that transforms lives and impacts our city and beyond with God’s love. We aspire to be a beacon of hope, welcoming all people to experience the life-changing power of Jesus, grow in their faith, and live out their purpose. Through intentional discipleship, compassionate outreach, and empowering leadership, we seek to inspire generations to follow Jesus and make a lasting impact on our world.

We Believe

We believe there is only one God, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is the sovereign, self-existent Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. God is an infinite, incomparable, and unchanging Spirit with all authority.

Jesus Christ is the Son of God. Jesus was born of a virgin and lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all men by dying on a cross. He arose from the dead after three days to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended to Heaven and will return again to reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. We believe Jesus Christ is the only way to God.

We believe the Holy Spirit is present in the world to make men aware of their need for Jesus Christ. He also lives in every Christian from the moment of salvation. As Christians, we seek daily to live under His control. The Holy Spirit provides Believers with power for living and understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. He gives every Believer gifts to be used in ministry to other Christians and to the world.

The Bible is God’s Word to all men. It is written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is truth without any mixture of error. The Word of God is living and active because God is still moving through it today to speak to us, direct us, and challenge us. We believe the Word of God comes alive by personalizing. make it deeply personal because the Bible truly is God's love letter written to mankind...and to you!

Salvation is a gift from God to man. Man can never make up for his sin by self-improvement or good works. Only by trusting Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can a man be saved from sin’s penalty. The salvation of humanity is fundamentally the work of God. Before the foundation of the world, God elected His people, setting His affection and grace upon them. Faith is a gift of grace that is given by the mercy and pleasure of God, so that no one may boast. Apart from the unction of God, the human race cannot choose of his own accord to worship God in spirit and truth and pursue righteousness.

Man is made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. He is the supreme object of God’s creation. Set apart as His image-bearers, every human being is sacred. All men and all women, bearing the image of God, are meant to represent God in His creation. God declared the created order and distinguishing men and women as His agents to care for, manage, and govern over it. Although man has tremendous potential for good, he is marred by an attitude of disobedience toward God called “sin”. This attitude separates man from God. We believe man must have an intimate relationship with God.

Our Church Covenant

Having been led as we believe by the Spirit of God to receive Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, and on the profession of our faith, having being baptized, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, in the presence of God and His church, we wholeheartedly and joyfully covenant with one another as one body in Christ.

We commit, therefore, by the aid of the Holy Spirit, to walk together in God’s Agape love; to strive for the advancement of His church in wisdom and holiness; to promote its health and spirituality; to sustain its worship, ordinances, doctrines, and discipline; to devote ourselves to the life and mission of His church, and to not forsake the assembling of ourselves together; to contribute cheerfully and regularly to the support of the ministry, the relief of the poor, and to spread the Gospel through all nations.

We also commit to maintain family and personal devotions; to teach our children the Word of God; to seek the salvation of our family, friends, and acquaintances; to live wisely in the world; to be faithful in our dealings and commitments, and Christlike in our character and actions; to avoid all gossip, quarreling, and ungodly anger; to use our influence to combat Satan and His Kingdom practices which lead to moral and spiritual decay, and to be zealous in our efforts to advance the Kingdom of God.

We further commit to watching over one another in brotherly love; to remember one another in prayer; to give aid to one another in sickness and distress; to cultivate Christian compassion and Christian courtesy in speech; to be slow to take offense, and always ready for reconciliation and to pursue it without delay.

We moreover commit to serve and love God with our whole heart, we will always unite other Believers, and carry out the spirit of this covenant and the principles of God’s Word.
